Well... I'm not sure if these count as festivals, but we have the Day of Peace in the Flanders Fields on November 11th [Pretend that she dates after WWI hit >_>] and we have All Saint's Day on November 1st and All Souls Day the day after where we bring flowers to the graves of dead relatives. I think in America it's "Halloween"? I don't know.
