Ah, if you could by the end of the day, if not tomorrow morning. As to where, you can drop them off at my cafe. It's located in the large park in the Residential District, right by the entrance to the village.

It's still being renovated, but the kitchens are finished and if I'm not there, there should be some locals who will know what to do.
