[why yes, this would be your resident Host Club King giving everyone a dashing and charming smile~ Those sparkles and rose petals? ...don't ask.]
Welcome everyone who has just joined Somarium~! I am Suoh Tamaki, and with the help of the lovely Miss Ryuga Rena, we will be hosting one of the largest and finest festivals this world has yet to experience~!
It is in part a celebration of residing in this world for a year, but I encourage and invite everyone -- especially the new arrivals -- to join in on the festivities! There will be booths, games, food, and special grand finale~!
The location will be in the second district, otherwise known as the Shopping district, and it will be open for the whole day tomorrow. If you need directions or have any questions, feel free to ask me or Rena-chan and we will do our best to answer.
Thank you, and I hope to see everyone there~
[ooc: Erk. OKAY JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR: The "event" is going to be tomorrow (8/18) and there will be a log up for it. More details will be there for sure. This is more or less a heads up invitation xD;
But for now, GO TO THE BASEBALL GAME FOR KEIICHI!]

Wait, why are you so insistent about her paying off the debt here, anyway? I mean, we've changed a bit since then...[in fact he's kind of. forgotten about it. >_>;; A YEAR CAN DO THAT TO A PERSON.]

Being separated from everyone for a year and living away from home has certainly opened my eyes to a few things. [and perhaps
finallyrealized a few things he never noticed beforeor was just in denial] I just don't think we need to really use Haruhi's debt to keep her with us. I believe she would stay with us on her own will. [or so he hopes]And...I think it's better if she didn't have to live under the guise of a male. Back home there was a need for it but here, she really doesn't need to. She can be what she wants...

I've met all sorts of people, but it's not just their cultural background that's fascinating. Their personal background, like their actual personality, their friends and family, how they move on in a situation like this. It's all quite different from back home.
[small pause]
Before...before I think I would have been at a loss of what to do. Life here is completely different from what we're used to and it took quite a long time before I could sufficiently live on my own.
[will be looking to the side off screen before there's movement so that it becomes more apparent he's move to the window and is looking out] I miss home, I won't lie about that. And I still worry about how my mother is doing, and how father is with the business. Of my own obligations that I still have back home.
But after a year, I guess it's not surprising I've grown quite fond of this place.
[looks back into the screen and smiles] I suppose I can all thank all of the different people I've met, and everything that's happened here, but I feel like I've grown more and realized a few things about myself because of this extended vacation. [as well as having opportunities and chances he may have never had back home to realize a few feelings]
That's what I mean about opening my eyes, Kyouya.

Tamaki, you've said an awful lot, and I'm not particularly sure what to think of it all. Looks like you've grown an awful lot since you've been here.
Would you like to discuss this over some tea?
